Home-sale deals tick up in Indianapolis area - Indianapolis Business Journal

Sales agreements climbed to 1,833 last month, an increase of 64 homes over July 2010, according to a report released Thurday by F. While higher than a year ago, July’s sales were about 22 percent below what they were in the same month of 2009, when 2,351 home-sales agreements were reached. Hancock County saw a 44-percent increase, from 59 to 85. Available Homes for Sale in the nine-county region dropped 5. So far this year, sales agreements have been reached on 71 homes in the area priced at $500,000 or more. Please respect the privacy of individuals and refrain from posting personal information. Although the parking concern is minor in my opinion, I can buy into "the scale of the outdoor area was out of character with the development pattern in the area" explanation. It is clear that NBC had no interest, contrary to what self proclaimed media insiders claim. It is also clear that ABC doesn't value the bulk of the ICS* schedule. It's interesting this is all IMS* could get with all of the key targeted demos being up and the nearly $500 in new sponsorship and a "new" car. Homes for Sale
